I build your new site first
Using your real services, photos and reviews. You get a private link and a 60-second walkthrough video. Free, no strings.
Local in Anchorage, Alaska
I build your new site before you pay anything. If you like it, I'll buy you a coffee (or come by your shop), set everything up with you, and have it live in as little as 1–7 days.
Most local businesses lose customers before the first phone call: an outdated site, a "coming soon" page, or a contact form that goes nowhere. Clear Path fixes that.
How it works
Using your real services, photos and reviews. You get a private link and a 60-second walkthrough video. Free, no strings.
Or I come by your office or shop. 15 minutes on your phone and a laptop, and we change anything you want.
I set up your domain, Google profile and lead forms, then handle hosting, edits and updates every month.
What you get
A page for every service and area you cover, your Google Business Profile set up right, and the basics Google looks for.
Most of your customers find you on their phone, so it's fast and clean there, with a tap-to-call button always in reach.
Quote forms that take job photos, go straight to your phone by text and email, and never disappear into a dead inbox.
Hosting, security, backups, edits and a quick monthly check-in. You run your business; I keep the site working for it.
Why Clear Path
Who you'll work with
I grew up in Anchorage and I build websites for Alaska businesses. I started Clear Path because so many good local companies, the ones with great reviews and word of mouth, have websites that send customers away.
I'd rather show you than pitch you, so I build your new site first. If it's not for you, no hard feelings. If it is, you'll deal with me directly, not a call center, and I answer my phone.
Questions
One flat setup fee and a small monthly that covers hosting, updates and your leads. It's priced for local businesses, not agency budgets. For most trades, one extra job a month covers it. Text me and I'll give you a straight number for your business.
Yes. I build it on my own time so you can see exactly what you'd get. If you don't want it, you don't owe anything.
Yes. Your domain, your content and your site are yours. If you ever leave, you take it with you.
Totally fair. Take a look at the preview anyway, and if it's not better than what you have, ignore it.
Usually 1–7 days from the day we sit down. Most of it is already built by then.
Anchorage, Eagle River and the Mat-Su in person, and anywhere in Alaska by phone or video.
